Digital Products and Online Courses
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our digital products and online courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund for digital products or online courses:
- The refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- You must provide proof of purchase
- You must demonstrate that you have engaged with the material (e.g., course progress, completed worksheets)
- You must explain why the product did not meet your expectations
Ineligible for Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior
- Downloadable products that have been fully downloaded
- Products or courses explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Group coaching programs after the program has begun
Consulting Services
Cancellation of Scheduled Services
For scheduled consulting services:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
Long-Term Consulting Agreements
For long-term consulting agreements:
- If services have not yet begun, cancellations will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- If services have begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed and subject to a 15% administrative fee.
Physical Products
We do not currently offer physical products. If this changes in the future, a separate refund policy for physical products will be provided.
Workshops and Events
Virtual Workshops and Events
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
In-Person Workshops and Events
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- No refunds will be provided for partial months.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 30 days will not be refunded for the remainder of the annual term.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
